Oklahoma Outdoor Living

This was one of the smoothest processes for a such an extensive extension of my house.  It started with me mentioning to one of my friends how I wanted a patio cover off the back off my house.  She then gave me the Phone # of Nick the owner of oklahoma outdoor living.  I called him and we made an appointment to meet at my house.  When he arrived 5 minutes early he was very pleasant and easy to deal with.  I told him what I wanted and I could tell he paid attention to every detail because as soon as I was done he reviewed it all with me and explained what could be done and what couldn't.  After listening to what I wanted he then made some suggestions of what might work better with the layout of my existing patio.  Once we had a design or idea in mind he quoted the price immediately after on the spot.  And not only did he give the price he gave me the day that it would be built.  After seeing his price compared to other companies I was happy to choose him.  So I paid half down on the project and we were off.  The day of the build came and just like he said they were there promptly at 8:00 am.  Nick came to the door and explained what they would be doing and I asked him how many days do they plan on being there.  When he told me they would be done the same day I was shocked.  He then explained he already made the cuts and stained the wood prior to coming.  He said he does this to limit the mess and time at the customers houses.  The guys building the structure were also very polite and courteous.  We also had some pretty serious rain that day and they continued to work for the most part (when it wasn't too bad).  Once the rain cleared the guys finished up. Once everything was built they cleaned everything up better than it was before they came.  I was so pleasantly surprised with the look and the quality of the work that was done.  I have remodeled my kitchen and my bathrooms and I have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a contactor.  I would recommend oklahoma outdoor living to anyone.
