Furniture - Sales
They delivered the furniture and I noticed shortly after that people were really uncomfortable sitting on the couch. There were eight down filled throw pillows. The feathers kept poking out of the pillows and would poke anyone that sat against them. I spoke with North Carolina Furniture and they said that was normal, but I have several down pillows that don't do anything like that. Their customer service quality was pretty much nonexistent. I ended up having to go to Pottery Barn and purchase more pillows. Those pillows are also down and I don't have anyone complaining about getting stuck with the feathers. Needless to say I won't use them again.
