All work is completed in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws. Contractor may at his discretion engage subcontractors to perform work, providing Contractor shall fully pay said subcontractors and in all instances remain responsible for the proper completion of work. Payment method is generally 50% down and 50% due upon completion of work.
