Lawn Service
I already submitted my review and I just wanted to clarify the name
Green Acre sod is who did the work. I understand that Enterprise sod is their parent company.

Lawn Service
Initially the service was good. They came out promptly (04/14/14)and gave an estimate and then installed promptly.
The sod was very long, probably about 6 inches and it did not appear fresh. There
was probably about 20% dry blades and the rest a dull green color that looked like it was in desperate need of water.
Once installed , my husband raised all the sprinkler heads so that it could be watered. We watered as instructed plus
this was in a period when we had a lot of rain. We cut it as instructed .
At two weeks we noticed that the sod was dying. The salesman came out and said yes it was
and he did not know why.
And then he disappeared . By 4 weeks the sod was 80% dead. My husband went to the store and requested that they lay new
sod in the fall. We felt that it would have a better chance if it was laid in the fall.
They have refused to do so. What they offered was to seed it now and then in the fall.
The fill dirt has washed away and now the sprinkler heads are sticking out of the ground 4 inches.
I feel that we lit a match to $1800 dollars
I'm updating the review
I called Enterprise sod but the person that came out wrote the estimate on Green acres invoice.
so I'm not sure what the connection is between these two companies. I think enterprise is the parent company of
green acres.
