Great! Response was quick, price was very reasonable. Explained everything to me before doing the work, including why certain things I thought were needed, weren't. Didn't try to convince me to do more than what was needed. Honored FREE ESTIMATE advertised, unlike other companies I contacted who said they would only provide a free estimate if I was getting a new system.

I ended up adding a few extra support screws under the soffit since when it was filled with water, it hung down rather low. But all in all, a good job. His price of just over $100/hr is slightly steep though.
