Doug and his crew went the extra mile to garner a satisfied customer--me.
When I first contacted Doug and to let him know what I needed done, it's almost as if he could read my mind. I walked into the master bedroom and pointed at the master bathroom, which was a gutted disaster. I said, and quot;Doug, looks like we need new everything, from the subfloor up to the exposed rafters. I'm looking for something decent. What can you do?and quot;
He looked at me, looked at his notepad, grabbed his tape measure and went right to putting everything down on paper. He took several photos. He finished looking around, measuring and taking photos. A couple of days later, I received the comprehensive estimate via email and immediately had him start work.
I can't say enough good things about Cole's Quality Construction. He knew what I was looking for without me even going into a lot of detail as he is very detail oriented himself, a professional who takes pride (as he and his crew should) in a job well done. I needed someone to take charge and get the job done. He delivered in spades. I have no hesitation in recommending Doug for any job, big or small, that you may have.
"The work was done in a timely professional manner. We are not respin5for the damage your two large dogs have done to our work. We fixed the screens once after your dogs ran into them and your dogs damaged them again. It had nothing to do with warped boards. Having large dogs and a screened porch are not a good comb2and you were told that but you insisted that that wouldn't be a problem."
