Cost of :mortar , sealer, cement board& dry wall product, access panel&lamp cover i bought. Had to use these items for new crew to use. matt got stuff in trashcan that i hv to clean out.... .. from matt dumping trash from tub in- Bren worked an overall of maybe eight hours from last payment Chris maybe eight hours from last payment New crew: tore out dry wall ceiling with cement boArd (existing cement board was attached to dry wall board from matts crew- causing it to sag on right side of ceiling. Had to buy new cement board for ceiling. new crew repaired huge random whole in ceiling( floor of attic) next to lamp in ceiling --??from wiring lamp in ceiling?? had insulation coming out everywhere- had to hv new crew tare down right side of face of frame cause corner cement board was missing- no full edge created for tile to b flush for corner. New crew:had to install& buy new cement board& metal piece for corner..had to repair dry wall near front face of right corner wall. Had new crew install access panel( because matts crew forgot to put one back in- !!!- had to paint wall myself and reapir drawer to vanity from matts construction- had to have a guy come in to repair back wall from very jagged tares in wall from matts crew cutting out wall. Tile wouldnt hide all of this damage.. Had to hire guy to put vanity mirror back on& baseboards around vanity. . Had a new crew fix some cricked tiling that wouldve ruined symmetry with any added tile Had new crew come in todo remaining tiling- 3/4 left. I saved matt time by ordering, driving& picking up two sets of tile also grout, morter, and caulking. Matt left beam unfinished& now i hv to pay someone to finish it. The 1/4 tile job matts crew did set off entire plan for tile symmetry. So that is an epic fail& we are emotionally& phsically reaping the havoc of a poor tiling& construction job by matts crew. The The stress anxiety and mental breakdown of having to wait this long to have our bath done is over-the-top we're going on six weeks now of having no main bath or shower also the stress of having to hire a bunch of new people to finish the job that Matt should've finished . Matt you have the audacity to send us close to $500 payment left I've spent well more than that on repairs from a newcrew Coming in to make the construction sound and level and balanced and strong. the emotional and physical stress of it all is way beyond repair I'm asking that you leave us alone on this matter. Sending pics in next email to support our claim. Will hv signatures ready for witnesses if u request them.
