I hate to report that the work was disappointing. To begin with the quote was on the high side. It did not include a diagram of where the trenches or sprinklers would be but just indicated approximate descriptions of the areas. But given the simplicity of my yard I went ahead. My mistake number 1.
On one side of my house halfway back on a very shady area I have large rocks with no intention of ever growing anything there. This area received at least five sprinklers. I have a curving driveway from the garage to the street with an obvious danger of backing off the drive. Two sprinklers were placed in that danger area. I pointed both these situations out and requested that the excessive sprinklers be removed. They were. I inquired about receiving a reduction in price since all the equipment in the quote was not being used. I was told no. I then asked that the sprinklers be returned to me for future use as replacements. That was done.
Subsequent to the installation of my system I had a walk built from the area where I keep trash cans to the driveway. In the process one of the pipes for my system was damaged. Unfortunately it was dependent on a supply line that had been routed below the driveway.
I called Tony Baker requesting a new supply line be installed. He said he was too busy. I asked when he would have time. He didn't know. I pressed him and he allowed that maybe by August he could get on it. I called on the date he had indicated and he was still too busy. I asked if he thought it was a problem drilling under the driveway. He said no but he'd have to have a crew do it. I asked when. He said maybe later.. As of this date the day after Thanksgiving 2014 he has still not responded.
To sum up I don't think I got what I should have gotten up front. The planning by Mr. Baker was poor. The customer service speaks for itself. I will not be in contact with this company again. It is now time to winterize again and I will have to find someone else to do it.

Baker Irrigation showed up when they said they would, performed the repairs quickly and with quality products, and showed us how to properly use the control panel.
I will definitely use Baker Irrigation again.

Hired Baker Irrigation to install a required sprinkler system in the addition I built my home in. Before the job was completed, he wanted to be paid in full which I learned real quick to not do. After the job was completed, Tony Baker was paid the remaining amount owed and all seemed well. However, I began to notice in the backyard around one of the pop up drains was never dry and the area became very swampy with it never drying out. The swampy area became so large, it was into the common greenbelt of the addition too. I called Tony Baker numerous times with no call back. He finally did call back and stated he would come out and take a look at the problem. That never happened either. So 2 1/2 years later, the problem still exists and Tony Baker has never attempted to solve the problem he created which is very disappointing. If you are seeking a contractor that will stand by his work, this is not the contractor to use.
