Unit kept acting up after the service call he came out for. I called him and he said not to worry about it and I don't owe him anything and he sticks by his word and does things out of kindness of his heart. He said that he could fix the coil for us. He said the price would range anywhere from $1300.00-1600.00 for the service, installation, and coil part. He said when I get the money he would come out and fix it. I was never able to come up with that much money and he said I promised him he could fix it and that I owe him that money. I never promised him anything. I had someone from my church come out and fix the coil. He did the same thing that Brandon was supposed to fix. The guy from my church did not charge me anything for the repair or the part. The part retailed at $300.00. This was all done last September of 2013 and over a year later Brandon re-contacted me via Facebook on October 25, 2014. On the Facebook message he said that I never called him to fix the coil and that he was going to charge me for the service call he originally said was free and did not even fix the repair properly and was saving the invoice to charge me for the coil service he never did. The job was never performed for the coil and I never promised him he could fix the coil. I knew that I was not going to be able to afford his price. If it was an issue he should have contacted me a month or so after the original service call in 2013 not waited over a year. He said if I put a review on Angie's List he would contact his slander attorney. He threatens customers and I would not recommend him to anyone.

brandon..the owner..came himself on the weekend to repair my home heater unit which was not working at all..and it was coooooold out..he was just so thoughtful and personable.."good people"..meeting him and having him work on my unit was a pleasure as opposed to an inconvenience..he was here right away..diagnosed the problem and ...solved and repaired it immediately...no fuss no bother...he is someone i would highly recommend..in fact i actively campaign for him every chance i get..as a single femal senior citizen i feel i often get taken advantage of...and i felt i could trust brandon immediately and he did not disappoint...with his serice or his pricing..he was more than fair...i would not hesitqate to use him in the furute..and in fact plan to have him service my air conditioner for this summer...the prices he quoted for the services he provides are highly competitive..i did the research....
