"I am sorry your weren't 100% satisfied with us! Our goal is for all of customers to be happy with our service and to recommend us to their friends. We feel the price was more than fair considering the short notice (but understand the immediate need) for the service call. When we go out on overtime emergency service calls, our electricians are paid overtime and therefore we have to charge overtime. Our overtime rate is competitive if not lower than most other electrical contracting companies. We responded to the call as soon as we could (within approximately 3 hours) and had the parts on the truck to get the air conditioner up and going when we responded to the call. Again, we regret that you were not 100% satisfied, but hope that you consider giving us a chance to prove our professional, quality service in the future."
