On The Level Renovations

I have used On the Level several times during the past 4 years. They always came on time or called me to apologize and reschedule (example: his partner had a heart attack). If Dave Santoya, owner, could not start my job right away, he always explained and asked if there was anything on my "to do list" that was urgent. If I said yes, he made arrangements to take care of that problem within a day or so, then gave me a date for when he would start the rest of the work. Dave does quality work, cleans up after the job, and thanks me for his business.

4/24/12 I contacted On The Level Renovations to provide an estimate for wood siding repair and house painting.4/27/12 Dave came to home - measured and told me he would have his painter come look at house in order to give an estimate for painting.5/07/12 I called the painter and asked when he would be able to come a give an estimate.5/15/12 Painter came to home and measured/inspected job to be done.6/01/12 I called Dave - When will he have estimates? - he said next week.6/04/12 Received work estimates - both siding replacement and painting.6/06/12 I called Dave (On the Level Renovations) - I will accept the estimates and would like for him to proceed with work. He said he would get back to me to schedle the work.6/20/12 I called Dave - when will he be able to schedule the siding/painting work to be done? Will get back to me.7/7/12 Left VM message for Dave - When will work be scheduled?7/10/12 I called Dave - when will work be scheduled? Willl get back to me today to set date.7/25/12 Dave called - left VM - call him to schedule work.7/25/12 Received e-mail from Dave - would like to begin work 7/26/12. Replied to Dave's e-mail. Too late. We've scheduled someone else to do the work.
