Everything he does he warranties. If he doesn't have the parts or whatever he needs to get the problem fixed he will run get the parts or he orders the parts immediately. Then he gets the problem fixed as quickly as he can.

He was very helpful in working with me on when he could do the work and he was always on time! He was very considerate about cleaning up after the job was complete. I didn't have to clean up anything or get rid of anything, he took care of everything. I highly recommend this contractor. He is always fair, on time, and honest.

I have used this company for years to keep my Goodman heat and air system going. Kent and his helper reassembled my cold air return in the attic following a cable guy kicking it apart and not telling us. His service was always spot on, he was always on time and his prices are very reasonable. We finally had our complete system replaced last March and the new system works fantastically.
