Mr Hayes, the owner, called me to let me know the electricians were on their way and in no time my doorbell rang and they were here.They were professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I need to know regarding the switches in the boxes. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and whoever else is looking for excellent electrical work done.And it didn't take them but a couple of hours to complete the job. Very pleased.

The electrician, Randall was very punctual, professional, and pleasant.  He was efficient and very good at each chore.  He completed all the items in about 1 hour and cleaned up all materials and tools.  We are very pleased with this employee and this company.

Since I have used the for so many years they performed the service for free

professional work, done efficiently.  One remaining problem brought them back the following morning and quickly fixed.

They're quick, know what they're doing, don't leave a mess, are reasonably priced, and do great work. They're very clean and don't leave a mess in your home. The work is perfect, I've never had problems with their work.

We had a ceiling fan that had fallen out of the ceiling. We wanted to replace it with a new fan. I received a quote from another electrician and the price quoted ($400) seemed very high. I called Hayes and they said they could do all the work quoted by the other electrician for $200.00 max.  When the Hayes Electrician arrived, he said I did not need as much work as the previous electrician had quoted and they got the new fan up and working in about 30 minutes. They disposed of the old broken fan and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. And they charged me less than the original quote, since the job was not as complicated as they thought it would be.
I will definitely call Hayes for any future electrical work.

Part of the house was without power as we shut off a circuit that had flickering issues. Fortunately, they were able to dispatch someone less than three hours after I called.
After being told about the problem that we were having and being shown the location of the breakers, he quickly got to work. Before long, he diagnosed the breaker as the source of the issue, removed it, and showed that it was damaged. The breaker was replaced and power was restored without any further issue being found.
I had to head back to my office before the work was completed and asked if it would be okay if I left the card I wanted to use for payment with my roommate, which he agreed would work. I think this was a bit of miscommunication as my roommate was later told that they couldn't take payment by card and needed a check instead. Fortunately, we were able to work out an arrangement where the check will be sent by mail so that he could continue to the next job and I didn't have to return home immediately.
Overall, it was a fast and pleasant experience with a very reasonable price. I will definitely be giving them a call for future electrical needs.

When all others could not come out within a 24 to 48 hour window. Hayes could. Professional work. Actually added additional outlet at no cost.

They are wonderful. After using them, you will not hire another electrician in the future. Their prices are reasonable and they can do anything electrical. They are efficient and I would hire them again. They come on time, are neat, clean and quick. They are a good company and have been in business 45 years. They are so good and so quick and their prices are also very reasonable.

I did not know where the switch to the fan was and he could not find it. So he had to crawl up into the attic and cut some wires  to shut it off. He also fixed a light over the stove that would not come on and I didn't even ask him to do that. He also gave me the senior discount that I had forgotten to ask for due to the fan running all the time making my brain not work well.

It went really. He was very professional and showed up on time to do the work. They were quick but thorough when it came to getting the job done. I nothing but great things to say about them. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time and were quickly working.  They were professional and courteous, re-connecting the air conditioner so that the house would not get too hot even though they had not completed everything.  Took the amount of time they said it would and on budget.  Would use them again.
We have one small issue that they will be called back out to look at, but have been very pleased with their work.

Randall has served my house ever since I moved in. He understands what needs to be done and he and his assistant do it. Have used Hayes for 14 years and have always been pleased.

They were prompt, and helpful .  cleaned up after the installation.  they replaced a switch to a dimmer switch for the fixture they installed. They checked and fixed all my outside outlets.
