We've used Hayes for several things through the years, but most recently they installed a new oven for us. They were very reasonably priced, on time, quick, professional, and very responsive. They are always our first call for electrical service.

Hayes Electric was just great with this large job. They faced some difficulties (thanks to my 1950's home and a small attic!), but they were able to complete the jobs and did great. They were punctual, hardworking, and courteous. They kept me up-to-date with their progress. They also did a great job of cleaning up the areas after they were done. I had looked into several other electricians, and Hayes Electric had to best prices. Their work and customer service certainly exceeded my expectations! I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We had some remodeling done in our bathroom probably 7 or 8 years ago and they were a sub contractor to the contractor that did the remodeling.

They came out. The guy that did the troubleshooting kind of got lucky because the first place he looked, he was able to determine what line was bad. It took a lot less time than what it could have.

The whole process went very well. Due to the ice storm and frequent calls, they weren't giving estimates, which is understandable. They charged a flat fee for the work to replace the electrical riser, and the price was very reasonable.. quickly fixed. I will use them again when I have electrical needs.

After a minor problem with the scheduler everything went extremely well. The company even gave me a small discount for my inconvenience. The electrician who did the work was very efficient.

I didn’t care much for them. We will not use them again. I was not here, I had made the appointment but they couldn’t get it and I just blew them off and out of the blue they just called and said they could be here. They came out late that afternoon, I was at work, my husband was here, and the guy that came in had a very unprofessional attitude. It was almost like he really didn’t want to be here, really didn’t want to do the work and if I was here, I probably would have told him to leave. He wanted to charge out a huge price to come out and fix all the outlets that he had marked which was ridiculous. We couldn’t find an electrician that was reasonable, we just had a friend come over and help us out with what we needed. I would not suggest anybody use Hayes Electric unless they are insane. He was not professional at all.

"The electrician we sent to the job has been with Hayes Electric for 36 years. He has proven through his work ethics to be of great value to our customers and to this company. Our standard service call for a one man crew is $80.00, we occasionally check to make sure our prices are on par with industry standards for this area. At times we can get very busy and have to reschedule on jobs that we are unable to get to within a timely manor, this includes but is not limited too those customers who have emergencies, etc. We always strive for excellent customer service and satisfaction. Dwayne and helper arrived on time, were very polite and professional, didn`t leave a mess. The price was very reasonable, quick and efficient, excellent work. I will call them again if I should need some electrical work done.
