David DeLong was recommended to us by a friend who had used his services, and we are SO glad that we called him! He first came out to fix our heater in winter 2011. He was fast, efficient, and SO reasonably priced! He gave us different options instead of immediately recommending the most expensive one, and he even charged us only one service fee, even though he came out 2 separate times. While he was there, he also fixed something that a friend had broken while trying to "fix" our AC the summer before - at no extra charge! He stayed to make sure that the heater was working again, and we've since used him to work on our AC. He is kind and personable, and we will continue to use him because of his great prices and the fact that we know we can trust him.
