Mr. Thomas finished the job in the estimated time frame and for the estimated price. He is very intelligent and kind, and patiently answered all my questions. Part of his service includes picking up/ dropping off your computer, which I thoroughly appreciated. I will not only use his service again, but recommend him to all my friends and family!!

He is an independent computer technician and did a real good job for me. He got me a part that is no longer available and I have known him for years. He is Microsoft certified and this is the second time I have used him; in the past I had him repair my laptop computer. I have never had issues with his work and he does great work; I don't know anything about electronics so I am at his mercy. He has always done me a good job at a price I felt was reasonable. I just don't feel that I can take my computer to somebody I don't know. My unit was done when he said it would be and I will use him again in the future.
