Daffodil Hill Day Spa LLC

I've gone to Daffodil Hill Spa on numerous occasions and have had a very pleasant time there.  I mostly go to see Ginnifer, the owner, for facials but always get a massage as well.  The massages are really good, but I think the facials are great.  They use exclusively Dermalogica brand products which I really like.  There aren't that many day spas in OKC that you can go and relax at, but this place is really great at providing the day spa experience.

I booked a 60 minute moisturizing facial in the evening. Darcy was already at the spa and greeted me promptly on my arrival. Her treatment room was comfortable and she was very helpful with information on how to prepare for my treatment. We discussed my skin concerns and expectations for the treatment prior to starting my facial. Since I have dry, sensitive skin Darcy selected products that would work best for my skin. The facial left my skin feeling wonderfully restored with moisture. As part of the facial, I received a light relaxing massage of my shoulders, arms and hands. This is a wonderful experience for anyone who needs a little pampering.

this salon is an older home/cottage turned in to a great little spa hidden away. I loved the small atmosphere, it was so cozy and the hospitality was great. The prices are much more reasonable than most other salons I've seen in the area, but you are not losing anything.

I have never had such a professional facial. From the moment I arrived, to the time I departed, Kathy was utmost in her customer service and professionalism. I can highly recommend her as an esthetician.

This was a first time visit to Jeni at this salon. I found it odd that when I entered the salon, there were two techs; one for my pedicure and the other for my manicure, each working simultaeneously. This alone is not a positive experience. However, aside from that, the service was extremely poor. I'm accustomed to having a wax treatment with my manicures (and especially for this astromical price), but none was provided. It was more like a "polish change" than a full service manicure. The pedicure was horrible. I walked out of the salon at 1:20 p.m. and by 4:00 p.m. a huge portion of my polish had "fallen off"; not merely smudged and/or chipped,but a huge chunk of my polish fell off. I immediately telephoned the salon to speak to Jeni, but they noted she was not available. I left a message that I was unhappy w/my experience, but unable to return the 30 mile round trip to have the polish repaired. Jeni made no attempt to reconcile the problem.
