Amazing job. I felt like we got a bonus. They were able to fix the problem without ordering parts (which were quoted by another as 300.00!) Fixed in 3 hours. We did have to wait a week to get in but it was well worth it. Best experience in a long time. Thank You so much!

They work really well with you all around from price to scheduling and service. I can't say enough good things about them and I will continue to use them.

They are very down to earth and they are not pricey. They are honest people and they don’t charge me an arm and a leg. What makes me come back is probably the customer service, because I know that they are going to do the best of their ability. I had a repair and I had to take it back, and they did that stuff again and they warranted it, and it wasn’t a cheap one. They stand behind their work.

Scheduled an appointment and dropped the car off in the morning. They said they would call me before doing anything just to make sure the estimate was agreeable. After receiving the call, they said it would be done by late afternoon. Once the job was finished, there were some minor problems in the way the car was running, so they asked if they could keep it overnight to resolve the issue. First thing the following morning I received a call letting me know everything was ready to go. The pricing was in line with what I expected and they didn't charge for the diagnosis. Car is running better than it has in 2 years. Great service, very professional, highly recommended.

They told me that my spark plug needed replacing and I recalled that the vehicle only has 45000 miles on it and I thought spark plugs were meant to last 100000. He told me Crysler products are designed with a plug that is supposed to be replaced at 30000 and my engine wasn't running as it should because the plugs have worn out. So I let him replace them and when I got home I looked at the service manual and sure enough it said the plugs are only good for 30000 miles. I went 15000 over on them  and when I asked them about it they told me Crysler puts in these types of plugs that require replacement. They are the only manufacturer that does that. The job costed me about $380.

The oil change I had today was fast and accurate; they also didn't try to upsell me a ton of stuff I didn't need. The office staff is ALWAYS very friendly and is willing to answer even the most basic of questions. Cherokee Hills Automotive has been and will continue to be my go-to automotive service company.

Replaced several belts and hoses. Checked the air conditioning and recharged the system. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this auto mechanic to anyone.

Chris Bilodeau was very nice and very professional when I brought my 2006 Honda Civic in for a free diagnostic of the problems I'd been having with my air conditioning. It is a family owned/run business, Chris's father, brother and wife all work at the same shop. Their garage itself was kept very clean and well organized. Chris worked with me on the price of the repair and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done. I didn't feel pressured to use their shop in the least, nor was I leery of them trying to sell repairs to me that I didn't really need. I used Cherokee Hills for the repair because of their price, the warranty on parts and labor, and the professionalism displayed by their employees.

The issue occurred again a week later, with the car dying in our driveway.  The remanufactured maf sensor had gone bad.  Cherokee Hills promptly had the car towed to their shop and replaced the defective part, all at no charge.  That was 30,000 miles ago.  These guys are honest and give great customer service.  We used them numerous times on multiple vehicles.  They give great service at a fair price.  We highly recommend them.

We have been using Cherokee Hills Auto for over 10 years, have always found them to be honest and never felt like they have tried to push unwanted or unneeded services on us, even sometimes telling what we can do if it's an easy fix to the car. We have had a Buick, chevy and Toyota and they have worked on them all.

We are quite pleased with the outcome there. They are very good at what they do. They are very honest about repairs that need to be made. The price is not cheap, but it is reasonable. We've probably used them for 30 years.

I have a 2002 Nissan with a "Check Engine" warning light.  The computer
said it was a problem with the cam shaft, but they researched it further
to determine the error was caused by a lack of oil flow to the cam
shaft.  It was a fix that save me hundreds of dollars.  They are always
thorough and very friendly. They are honest in their assessments and go
teh extra mile. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto
service.
