There was one specific time where Celine could not be there and called to make sure the ladies' could come anyway to clean, and I said that was fine. I waited a long time for them to show up and finally called Celine back, she was out of state and said she would call them. She did and called me back to tell me the time they would be there. Again, they still didn't show up at the time she specified. I called her back, after waiting a good part of the day for them, and she wasn't sure what to do. I just rescheduled for when she could be there.
I had them coming by to clean every 2 weeks or so, then would change it to 3 or 4 weeks when it was necessary. She usually called me to confirm and see if I needed to change the date or time.
The last time it was scheduled for, I didn't receive a call at all. I called the next morning and left a message when they didn't show up. She never returned my call, they didn't show up that day at all, nor did they ever show up again to clean my house. I never got another call from her. Not sure why, but this is completely unacceptable customer service. If she had decided cleaning my house wasn't consistent enough, I should have at least gotten a call explaining that and I would have understood.
I should note that there was a big language barrier here. She spoke a little English, but the 2 ladies' with her, didn't understand nor speak English at all, and this made communication extremely difficult.
They all seemed nice enough, but if you want happy customers' and to get more business from word of mouth/great reviews, you MUST follow thru with what you say you are going to do, and if you can't do that, for whatever reason, do the right thing and let the customer know, that I would respect.
