Bethany plumbing is professional, prompt, and courteous. They fixed a slab leak for me, and while they were here they fixed some other issues under my sink. The repair was faster and less expensive than I expected.

They are fine. I have used them before and I am using them again. It was expensive work and I don't remember the price. I don't have any complaints about them. They came when I called. They fixed it and I didn't compare their price but I don't think I was over charged. The quality was good.

First of all, I made several calls to other plumbers. Billy English has the highest service call rate among the other 4 I called. The plumber that corrected the problem only charged me $50 to come out re-position the thermo coupling. He was here at my house over 30 minutes, while Billy English was here and gone in 15/20 minutes. I would not recommend this plumber. The most irritating thing about this was being without hot water on a weekend and the guy doesn't have the courtesy to return any calls. Then when he does call back, "what's the problem". Obviously he didn't listen nor hear any of the 3 messages left for him. No, this is not customer service.

It went great and was done in three to four hours.
