All American Roofing was in charge of all the work done to my house, not just the roof.
This was my first ever insurance claim and Michael was instrumental in helping me with this process.
This company also did not finish the work and abandon me. I had an issue with some damage to a screen due to the gutter repair and they repaired the screen immediately for me. I'm a very picky person and wanted the garage door company to inspect the rail after installation for a very small issue, and All American Roofing arranged the service call immediately.
I highly recommend All American Roof Inc. They are the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!
"Thanks for your comments. We try to make sure that all of our customers receive this same treatment."
Roofing looks great and no leaks since last three rain storms. I would highly recommend this company.
"Your recommendation is a huge verification of the reason that we started and remain in the roofing business. We will strive to continue to meet this high standard for all of our customers."
"Thank you for your kind words. We will work hard to make this recommendation real and valid for any future customers that call us."
They beat another well known painter's price by a significant amount. I've already recommended them to a friend.
"Thank you for your kind words. We strive to meet this mark every time and it is gratifying to hear that we are perceived as reliable and fair to our customers."
"This question really goes back to what is part of an insurance claim. If [Member Name] has a complaint, he should make it with his insurance company.. If the decking made the roof look so bad that it needed to be re-decked, why didn't the adjuster pay for decking replacement? Obviously the adjuster thought that the house looked like a normal house with 1" x 8" decking and he did not authorize the decking to be replaced. Reasonable people try to do reasonable things. When there is a conflict, we should rely upon the written contract to resolve the issue. No roofer has X Ray vision to see through a layer of shingles. We cannot tell what decking needs to be replaced until we tear off the roof. This warping of the 1" x 8* decking normally occurs over time and is a continuous process. I am sure that even more warping of the decking has occurred since we left the project. We replaced the broken and rotted decking and, per the contract, sent the customer a bill for the decking repairs. The insurance company apparently did not include decking replacement or repairs in their estimate.. When we replaced the roof, our workers felt that the roof looked normal for a house with 1" x 8" decking. Roofers normally replace what is rotted and broken. If we had re-decked the entire house, we would have needed to bill him for several thousand dollars. Thankfully we don't have to go after him for that huge amount because [Member Name] wouldn't even pay us for the decking repairs that we did complete for him. We could have sued him for failure to pay, but because of the amount and per the contract, we chose to cancel his warranty."
"Thanks so much for your kind words! I'll be sure to pass it on to our people."
We were very satisfied with All-American.
"Thanks for saying something nice about one of our employees. We have relayed the kind words and it means so much to them when they are recognized for their efforts."
