Superb! We uncovered some issues after the evaporator coil was removed.......deterioration in the plenum below and the first part of the ductwork under the foundation. He was able to call other contractors in who did some specialty work to help fix the problem. They worked together to come up with a solution - and it has worked great! Jeff's attention to detail is important - he does the work like he is doing it at his own home. He also made a recommendation for obtaining high quality filters at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Originally installed a $3500 Trane AC unit with a supposed 10 year warranty. Never provided paperwork for unit, even after promising. Two yrs later, we had a hole in the unit. He claimed out dog peed a hole in it, and claimed the dog even peed on it while it was being installed.This was a blatant lie, as I always lock up my dogs when vendors come due to their hyper activity and barking ,and just being polite.
He charged me $110 to tell me there was nothing he could do. He never offered to see what repairs could be done. He just wanted to sell me another unit.
He was regularly rude. We used him because a friend referred, but that friend has since realized he is overpriced and does not stand behind his work.

Excellent! Jeff is outstanding with his attention to detail. He brings quality people to help with different aspects of the job. The plenum had rusted and was causing a lot of sand/grit to be blown through the ductwork. He arranged to have it sprayed with an epoxy to seal it. Once all was removed - he discovered the plenum in the foundation leading to the ductwork was rusted badly and in danger of collapsing. He worked with the team to problem-solve and find a solution. Because of his efforts - I did not have to move the HVAC to the attic.
He did the job like he would do in his own house.

They are very prompt, reasonable and they do great work. They are very honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't. I would highly recommend them.
