Action Movers,moving and storage

They were punctual, friendly, and extremely professional.  They exceeded all expectations.

They are very good. The men were very polite and did a very good job. They were in and out and very pleasant to be around. Their price was fair.

tOur first move took place in an highrise apartment complex and it was from 25th floor to the 24th floor with some furniture having to  be carried down the stairwell as the elevator wasn't tall enough inside to handle the height of the furniture.  The second move was from the highrise to a three story townhouse nearby.  Again the move was completed without any trouble and no damage.
The third move was to a large historical home again with three stories.  This time they packed all our personal belongings and unpacked them at our new home.  Again, not one thing damaged or lost.
For the fourth move, we had them to move a very heavy area rug to the third level and unroll it and place it where we wanted it.
Then they moved a very large 7 foot deck in the basement so the area rug could be straightened.  This was completed in less than an hour by three men and it cost us $200.00 for the area rug to be brought in and the desk moved and replaced back in its original position.

It went better than expected. The were punctual (8AM) day of moving and did not drag their heels. All three men worked very efficently and quickly. No damage to anything.

      When they saw me lifting things they said " we'll get that" and they did.  They were always personable and friendly and helped me get things in the right place at the new location, even if it meant trying a couple different spots.  They were careful with my goods.  They didn't complain, even though some of the boxes were heavy and they all had to go up 18 steps to the apt. 
      I was very happy with these movers and recommend them highly. 

Overall great experience.

The movers were great.  They were courteous, on-time and were able to help me the day after I called.  Once we were at the storage facility, they neatly stacked my things in an orderly way in the storage unit.  They handled my things with care.  I was quoted that a minimum of two hours would be required to be paid.  It did not take two hours, but I was impressed with the care they took in moving my furniture and things, so I didn't mind paying their required two hours. I will definitely use them again, as well as, recommend them to my friends and family.

Four beefy guys and one boss. Got to work immediately. Knew what they were doing.

They did a fantastic job. They wrapped all the big pieces with blankets and moved them carefully, we had some large antiques [buffet, secretary] and a large leather couch. They didn't put a scratch on the leather couch, which was amazing because Mathis brothers scratched it on the way in. 2 guys, James and Rob were very hard workers, they were fantastic. I couldn't find the other guy, Jim, then I realized that he was in the truck packing things, so that was better. For $85/hour they were well worth the money.
