Two service people showed up shortly after lunch and identified the problem as a frozen condensate drain line. They offered advice on how to prevent the line from freezing in the future. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. While they were on site, I also had them consult on a whole-house humidifier, which they gave honest opinions about.

I wanted a furnace checkup which the young man did, but I asked Watters to send me what I needed to get a refund from the gas company and they never did. That was my only complaint with this company.

We have used Watters several times. Every time we call they are quick to respond and willing to discuss whatever is wrong with my heater/ac. We have an older system and have never had bad service from Watters. They are great to work with, reasonable in price and I will definitely call them again when necessary.

We have told our friends in need of heat and air. Three of our friends have purchased new units from Watters and have been very pleased with the service.We have used them for over 20 years and have found them to be very honest and reliable. They are prompt when called and if you have an emergency they will do their best to reach you as soon as possible.
