The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I had an 8:00 appointment and I was finished and out of there within 15 minutes. The labor rate was fair, although the charge for the part was high due to the cost charged by the original manufacturer, Vic's only charged me for their cost of the replacement part.

I was having trouble with my air conditioner system. I have a 1998 Chevy Suburban and so it of course has issues that occasionally come up. Vic's was very honest in their estimate of what needed to be done. They fixed my area that was leaking. recharged the unit and it was up and running again beautifully. Which was great because We hit very high temperatures soon after it was fixed. The shop appears to be honest and reliable. I would use them again if the need arose.

They told me the wiper motor was burned out... They found out that the electrical connections had been lost... They charged me only to repair the connection.. They could have charged me for a new motor had they choosen.. Honest folks although they didn't really check out the problem before services begin..
