It went great!!! I was referred to Truitt's and the person who referred me informed me that since I had a 1998 Chevrolet Suburban I should consider getting a good alignment done. He told me that Truitt's is where he sends anyone for this type of work because they do a great job. The alignment is done manually instead of by machine and he said that it actually comes out to be a truer alignment this way. I tried them out and he was right. They did a great job. They were cheaper than anywhere else I had looked and he even let me know of work that may need to be done should my alignment go out again since I did have a classic vehicle that had seen many years of alignments. I will definitely be using Truitt's again in the future.

Their work has always been done professionally, on time and at a reasonable price. They started selling tires several years ago and we have bought sets for at least 3 different vehicles. If we buy the tires there, they rotate them for free as needed as well as fix flats/slow leaks for free.

I have been going to him for quite awhile. He is very easy to get to and he is very economical. He does a better job than other mechanics in the city.

Truitts made an appointment for me to arrive at their shop and made arrangements for a place to park my 30 foot 5th wheel. They were ready when I arrived with a place to park and were ready to start changing the tires. I waited in their customer waiting area while the tire change was in process. In addition they took the spare installed on the right front and moved it to the spare tire mount. They found the problem with the troublesome tire was a broken bead. Good job Truitt's. As usual!
