I used the firm they purchased, Double J, for 12-15 years and have never had a problem. Spencer sent a statement to our Oklahoma address (when it should have been sent to our Houston address) with their prices they were going to use and nothing about what it entailed other than price. I called them to question about the price difference from Double J's prices. They got very defensive and were very rude about wanting money for the work they did in August. I wasn't going to work with a company that operated like that, so I fired him. I have not been so offended and upset about a service provider since I don't know when.
