Gary arrived and immediately helped me search for my external drain access. After looking for just over an hour, he got on the roof and ran a small snake down my vent. After a couple of tries he determined the direction of my drain, cleared the drain and helped locate the external access. Then, he ran the large snake down the external access, clearing a slew of small roots.
I am very happy with the service level and will use them again, later in the spring I'll have them come out and replace my old clay access with a new type.

They were great about calling you to inform you they were on their way and how much it would probably cost. They were not able to replace a drain without going through a cabinet so I decided to wait on getting this done.

Roto-Rooter came out to clear the drain. After a few days the drain start running slow again. They came right back out and spent time to go over everything again and make sure they cleared the clog. Very responsive and very friendly. I will use them the next time I have a problem.

They've been awesome. They come within the hour that I called them and they were awesome. They're very cordial, respectful and they're very nice people to work with. You get the service so fast.

They came out and did only the basic work. They didn't want to do the work that was needed to be done, so I had to find somebody else.

I have used Roto-Rooter for eight or nine years. Their service has always been prompt. The service people have been courteous and one trip always fixed the problem. I have to have sewer lines unclogged about every other year. Tree roots or something, I think.

They actually were able to come out earlier than they originally estimated. The service man called to make sure it was okay to stop by early. He unclogged the sewer trap and line outside and then cleared the line from the washing machine. He even ran the washer through a cycle to make sure it was discharging without backing up. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.

Our main sewer drain was backing up into the shower. I made an appointment online and they called me several minutes later. They gave me an estimated time of when they would be out, and they were actually there sooner. Got the job done in about thirty minutes, and the plumber made sure every drain in the house was working before he left. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprises.

I just bought a house and wanted to have the pipes maintained as a preventative measure. Roto Rooter worked with my schedule, came when promised, and were very helpful in explaining some things about pipes and drains I didn't know about the house.

I will use them again in the future.

I recommend them. They are drain specialist. There is one person that I really like. I have no complaints.

The technician called to say he was coming, but arrived 1.5hrs later. He brought very little with him to perform his job (or at least didn't offer to use his own). Asked ME for a bowl to catch some water because he filled the clogged pipes and needed to drain it. Filled the bowl OVER full and spilled some on my carpet, saying "oops that's a little full". Because there was water everywhere he asked for paper towels and I gave him a stack of cleaning rags. He used ONE and only laid it on the floor, to catch some of his future spills. Upon wanting to repeat this process decided he needed a larger bucket to dump this water in because he had no place for it to go....so I had to scour around my house for a bucket I didn't have, having to make do with a trashcan. Once he managed to unclog the drain he said "well looks like YOU have a little bit of a mess to clean up". As he left my house he came back to the door and said "oh you may want to have your husband or whatever tighten the seal on those pipes so they don't leak" (the pipes he took apart).

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDN'T APPEAR TO HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO OR EVEN HOW TO USE HIS EQUIPMENT. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE RESPECTFUL. THEY WERE CONSCIOUS ABOUT THE PRICE OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY REALLY WANTED TO GIVE ME THE LOWEST COST THEY COULD. I LIKE THIS COMPANY AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED THEIR SERVICES.
