OSBORNE'S HEATING & AIR

When our air conditioning went out we immediately gave them a call. They ended up came out maybe 2-3 times, each time saying it was repaired. But it wasn't. They then began making excuses such as they were having trouble getting the part. The finally just ended up not returning our calls. I have an autoimmune disease, which we made them aware of. Heat makes the symptoms worse and since I work at home it was almost impossible. Finally my husband tracked down the manufacturer who said you don't have to use the same installer. They gave us the name of another authorized dealer in our area. This company came out immediately, ordered the part, told use we what the charge would be for their labor, the came out, fixed it and we happily paid them the $500 or so for labor. WHICH WE MOST WILLING WOULD HAVE with Osborne IF THEY HAD ACTUALLY DONE ANYTHING. Obviously they were happy to get the big money to install it, but could not be bothered to solve,what turned out to be a small issue. Because we travel a lot with our business, we soon moved into the cool season. We didn't think about reporting them until now, as I turn the A/C on for the first time and it WORKS - NOT THANKS TO OSBORNE who STILL has to this day never returned our call. . . . Do not trust these people. Look for a reputable person who CARES about customer service.
