It went well. The plumber was initially late for our first appointment but did call to let me know. The work was completed three days later, in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price.

We had been having many issues with our drains backing up due to roots in our sewer line that we couldn't seem to keep out with anything (tried all kinds of chemicals). We hired Mason's to replace the sewer line from our house all the way to the city tie in. They had to reschedule once due to the availability of their backhoe for digging it up, but when they came out I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the job. They were very quick, it only took them slightly over half a day to dig up and put in the new line, and the total ended up less than the estimate which was nice. It's been quite a few months since then, and we've had zero issues with our sewer (where before we were having backups every month or so).

I called and spoke with a very nice lady and explained that my kitchen sink was horribly cloggeed. She said they were booked but she would see about working us in before the weekend. They did and I appreciate that so much because I know they didn't have to. The price was very reasonable. I wasn't actually able to be there so my mom was available when the plumber arrived late afternoon. She said he stayed an hour to make sure and fix the issue. It has worked wonderfully ever since! I highly recommned!

The top of the cast iron pipe had cracked off so the toilet was unstable. The pipe was repaired, the toilet was reset on a new wax ring, rebolted and bathroom left clean.

Mason plumbing came to the house at the time they said they would arrive, it was late in the afternoon. I explained the issue and what was needed to be done. Needed sewer line cleaned out and there was an issue with the original (45 year old) sewer clean-out, needed to have a new plastic one installed. An estimate was given when was close to the final bill. Sewer line was stopped up because of the old clean out, Mason called a couple of the company's co-workers to stop by and dig the sewer line up, while the other person went back to the shop to get all the parts that were needed. Approx. 10 minutes after the call, the other workers showed up and went to work digging the line up. They had the line uncovered, cleaned up and ready for the parts in about 15 minutes. That was about the time the other person arrived with all the parts, looked like a well orchestrated event with all 3 working together. After the clean-out was replaced they cleared the line and got us back in business again.
About an 1 and 3/4 hours after first showing up, they were loading all the tools up ready to head to the shop. They back-filled the hole to where it looks like landscape when they first showed up. All 3 workers were very professional, very knowledgeable about the job and did not waste time in performing the work.

Great -- located leak -- jack hammer a hole in slab floor--cut out leaking section of pipe and replaced -- covered it back with sand --and poured concrete over top to match remaining slab floor.
Great job -- most satisficed.

They did not have the correct sized O-rings. They tried to force some other O-rings onto the faucett, but of course, they did not work. So, the guy tried spreading some grease on the O-rings in the hope that would seal the leak better. That, of course, didn't work. At that point they left and handed me a bill for $101. I ended up ordering an O ring kit from American Standard ($14) and installing it myself, 1/2 hour, and fixed the leak. I think Mason plumbing should have been up front and told me that they didn't have parts from American Standard; rather than putzing around doing nothing and charging me $101

Great experience...I was in the process of remodeling my masterbath and Mason's plumbers came in and replaced my shower drain trap which entailed jack hammering through my concrete slab and digging down to the main line. They also reconfigured my sink plumbing to accommodate a double sink and installed new shower fixtures and lines. Once my vanity and sink was delivered they came back and installed the sink P traps and was very careful not to damage my new vanity. During the whole process they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will not hesitate to use Mason's plumbing on my next remodel, their work performance was outstanding and charged a fair price.
