He went to work immediately by pulling out his allen wrench. He manipulated the wrench and turned it round and the garbage disposal started working. He traced the problem to some bones that fell inside the device. He took out all the bones but then made it clear that ultimately, the equipment had to be replaced because on a previous service call, he had noticed some rust.
