Fantastic! The gal that performed the service was quite personable, friendly and kind. This was my first time for this type of service, so she talked me through it and answered all questions. The room I was taken to was very clean and relaxing. I loved the results and wondered, for only $12, why I had never had it done before.

She first told me why she thought the picture I had chosen would work well for my face shape. She then began cutting and showed me the one product I would need to achieve the same look at home. She was very warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She even told me the name of another stylist there that is good at my kind of cut (extremely short) so that in the future, if Gail were not available, I could schedule w/ this other stylist and probably be just as pleased.

I haven’t gone to their spa as yet. I paid $38 for the cut and style. I called them one day and I got in the next day.Paid over 100 on the perm that was a unacceptable.
