Went Great !

I called in the morning and was told they wouldn't be out until after lunch. They arrived right after noon. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Overall I am very pleased with the repair.
His manner was very professional. I docked them a grade there for 2 reasons. One, he didn't tell me what the problem was before he fixed it. Not a big deal since it was only a $100 repair. But I prefer to be informed of the repairs before they are performed. Two, I have attempted to pay for the work 3 times but they will not take my money. I attempted to pay the technician with a credit card. He said he couldn't run it but he could write the numbers down or I could call in to dispatch and they could run it. I wasn't comfortable with him recording my credit card number so I called into dispatch around 12:45. I didn't get an answer so I left a message to call me back. They never called back so I called back in after I got off work at 5:00 and was told that the lady that handles that had left for the day. I still haven't received a call back from them and am a little annoyed that I have to hound them down in order to pay for service.

The service was good.

Provider originally sent a young team out to do the install. They missed a couple of items that was agreed to in the contract and made a few errors. They were knowledgeable and capable. We called the company explained the issue and they came back and corrected the situation. Overall they did a good job. Easy to work with they were illing to work around my schedule.

They are remakably good. They checked our freon and fixed a leak and we have no problems with the new one as well. We are very pleased with this company and their professionalism in every regard. They seem to be available 24 hours a day and we would highly recommend them.
