I love every other Tuesday, why because I always come home to a clean house. This week was no different. Brenda, Chastity, Brandy, and Kelli cleaned my house so wonderful. Also they make my 8 year old son feel special by arranging his toys in a fun a different pattern each week. When we walk into the house Anthony runs back to his room screaming "The Divas have been here". Thank you for making my child feel important.
We have been using Dusting Divas for most of two years and Alesha has been on the crew the entire time. She knows our special needs due to family health issues and addresses them each time. Alesha is polite, friendly, and professional in her work and directs the activities of the other crew members because she keeps good track of our specific environment. Example: we do not want a cleaning solution used on our entryway tile floor because it has not been sealed - so they use a lightly damp mop which is different from their normal procedures.
Our experience in dealing with the main office has been very favorable. Stacey is always helpful in adjusting our schedule whenever we have conflicts and then getting us back to our regular routine with our regular crew.
We have been generally happy with all the crew members (usually there are two) and we hope Mandi, who is the newest member, will continue to team with Alesha because we feel that she has the same attitude and work ethic.

"I'm not sure what to say, but we are truly sorry for the very large error...and you are right, it did happen twice. The second instance, someone did go out the back door to clean the outside and didn't lock it back right away. She does know better than that. Several disciplinary actions have happened, including demotion, losing bonus pay, etc. We train everyone on the procedures for locking up the house, but we do rely on individuals following thru and they didn't. I cannot stress enough, it is unacceptable to us as well. It doesn't happen often and I'm quite sure that is hard to believe since it happened to you twice. I completely understand how upsetting that would be to have your home left unlocked. It isn't a practice that is tolerated by us, either. Again, we are very sorry. I just wanted you to know that there were repercussions to their actions and we have dealt with it internally. If there is anything else we can do other than apologize on the phone, via card and now here, please let me know. Basically, we know we screwed up, and we are very sorry for that. We totally understand you firing us."
They first came in and vacuumed the area, then raked it with a carpet rake, then vacuumed again, then finally cleaned. They also put down a stain guard which I can't comment on yet because it hasn't been long enough to determine its effectiveness.
Some stains didn't come up but they were there when we first moved in too so I don't blame DD. The only negative I have is that their vehicle that has the professional equipment was inoperable so they had to bring a portable cleaning machine (like those that you rent). It seems to have worked good because the results were good but I only wonder if it would have had an even better result with the high grade professional equipment that they normally use.
They worked very hard, earned every penny, and for this I plan on using them again.

8-22 update: Ladies came back today and completed everything on my list that was a concern from my deep clean. They did a great job.
