Cable box died twice in past 6 mo. In both instances access denied to all channels and it was not possible to remediate on-line although I was told the IT people would be able to handle it next day. A day later the local service center sent a tech to replace the box. Local techs were good when they came.

The customer service of this cable company is strong. The employee's are friendly, polite, and quite helpful. The internet connection is one of the fastest offered in the area. I bundled my home phone, internet, and cable. The quality of the services are very good. I have not had any issues with outages or poor connections. The first year deal was a good price, but after the deal is over things add up in a hurry. If you are just looking for internet, there is one other provider that had a faster connection and is cheaper. However, their availability is currently limited to a small area of town. If you are looking for internet, home phone, and cable, than Cable One is a good choice.
