I wasn't expecting him for two weeks because he was so backed up. Came two days later. Completed everything in about 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions.

Some friends recommended Brown Plumbing because they are helpful and responsive. Mr. Brown came over with one of his sons while I was at work. My wife let them. They explained everything to her so that she knew exactly what had happened and what they were doing. According to my wife, they were very friendly, polite, and professional. We haven't had any problem with the toilet since them, but I have called them for a different problem, which they also fixed promptly at a fair price.

They are a little high priced because they are industrial grade, but I call them whenever I have any plumbing problems. They are friendly people and there is never any hassle.

They told us that we could pay $50 a month on the work and I thought that was very nice of them. They fixed the problem and we haven't had any issues since.
