The service call was handled in a timely and professional manner. American Air Cond. had installed the new unit for me initially. I had also used them on the old unit before it had to be replaced. I moved to Bartlesville 10 years ago and the Real Estate Agent recommended them to me should I need a service call for Air Condition repair. I had them out a couple of times over the years on the old unit and was so pleased with them that it was a "no brainer" to use them on the new installation. They are a very competent and extremely pleasant father & son team.

They are great, good, and I would highly recommend them. They seem real honest and everything happened. I know a lot of people that use them. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
