Advantage Roofing

Operations manager, Scot Willis, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have gone with Advantage if it wasn't for Scot. I feel that he was honest and didn't just try to sell me a roof (as overall the roof was fine) with many of the roofing companies coming in and overpromising. He helped me through the insurance process and even called back the gutter contractor to fix something that I overlooked.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and worked quickly without issues.

He did a awful job. Left a huge mess we had to clean up. Overpriced to get more from our ins. Destroyed personal belongings. This man is a thief and no good.

He was more than professional. Very knowledgeable and informative. He was very straightforward which I really appreciated. Very good at explaining things to ease my mind.

Atvantage roofing did and excellent job. From beginning to end . From the very first day when he came to give us an estament we were impressed with Charles dipman  we were only looking to roof the back of our house but when he came and looked at the whole roof he told us we  had wind and hail damage to our whole roof and that we could   claim it on our home owners insurance and that we did!

. He was here when the insurance adjuster came and went thru it with the adjuster and got enof of  a claim to roof our whole house.  WE would  not have known we had a claim with our insurance  if he had not told us that.  we are very grateful for that. he did an excellent job  in roofing our home  there were no problems everything  went smooth. Advantage roofing is a very good company  We would use him again for anything and would and will recommend his company to anyone. our roof looks great we are very satisfied.  Thank you Charles for all you did.

We have a steep roof and I had noticed that at least a couple of the plumbing vents projecting through the roof were leaking.  I called Advantage and he was there the next day to inspect and give me an estimate.  The estimate might have been a bit pricey but I did not want to be climbing around that roof and the business owner's responsiveness and courtesy impressed me.  He did the job the next day.   In my experience, this quick responsiveness is unusual for small repair jobs in this town.
By the way, he did not try to talk me into replacing the roof and estimated that I had another 5 years of life left in it.

UPDATE:
One of the vent pipes was still leaking after a recent rain, albeit not nearly as much.  I called Advantage and he showed up the next day.  He did a thorough inspection around the vent and found a crack in the ridge tiles and delamination in of tiles above the vent.  He replaced the flashing, reinstalled the tiles, and sealed the ridge cracks at no extra charge.

We had called several other roofers in town and it was taking weeks to get estimates.  We called Charles and he was out within an hour.  He identified the problems, gave us a quote and we hired him.  He did an amazing job on the porch roof rebuild and even when we changed our minds after the supplies were bought and loaded and went with a metal roof vs a shingle roof, he was professional and courteous.  He was there first thing in the morning and worked hard to make it complement our brickwork.  He helped us choose colors and styles that really made a difference in our home.  He treated our home with so much care and attention, you could tell that this was his art form, not just a job.  We were not disappointed.  The roof looks amazing.  Definitely the right man for the job.

10/18/14  Felt I had to update.  Prior to having the roof put on, we had no leaks but knew the roof was aging and wanted to get it completed while we had the money.  Shortly after the installation was completed, we had a big storm.  We called Charles the day after labor day to inform him that we had a leak.  He promised to come out and fix it.  It is now October, we have called and texted numerous times and I now have to replace the sheetrock in my family room and my roof still leaks.  He has not come out and getting him to even reply has been difficult.  This roofing deal is costing me more and more daily. 

He went above and beyond our expectations and we are very satisfied with his work.  He worked very hard and efficiently.  He did a great job and I would highly recommend using this company.

All I can say is that it went extremely well with no glitches.
