Biggest problem is the fact that this person agreed to do a list of projects which I had presented to him and for payment , he wanted to take a vehicle which I was not using at the time. This was a very pretty white toyota Solara(which I am still very sorry that I LOST IT TO HIM) Unfortunately, I did agree to this arrangement, and actually signed the title to him like a fool before he even started the work. After that , he was always too busy to do the work as listed. His wife then reported that he will have more time later to finish after baseball season (2012) The drawer that he worked on 6 months ago is now impossible to open.! When my refrigerator stopped working, I did contact this person thinking he may know someone to repair/ replace the compressor. Instead he sold me a really dirty junk refrigerator which lasted only 5 months. So I still have the problems which were to be done and don't have my sweet car.There is more to this story of things he did and said to me, Can't believe at my age I haven't learned not to trust. Hope that I have learned now.! So SORRY I trusted this person, to me he is dangerous to deal with and I could NEVER ttrust anything about him..
Description of Work: installation of 2 light fixtures, installed 1 new outdoor outlet, improve use of 3 difficult to open drawers, minimal inspection (10 mins) of rental property for any possible problems.

To respond to this review there are two sides to a story allow me to tell mine. She had already told me her last handyman was not good on work and had quit and I can see why. The payment or car which she speaks of was a 99 in year 200000 miles was nice but needed lots of work rats had chewed wires and hoses under the hood. So how could she be using it plus to take it home I had to load it on a trailer to get it home. Yes a list was agreed upon and there was a lot of work done-outdoor lights installed, glass covering the roof vent, doors on the tv stand which would be happy to look at again, lights in closet, motion sensor on drive, gutter on house, inspect rental, put tool box together for rental, picked up fridge trying to help just had her pay for it and gas not my time 4 hours worth it was used just tried to help. This lady was one of those that thought she should own you for ever. There was still more on the list that I was going to do but on the rental place she wanted a PVC fence installed (not on the list) I told her how much it would be and she got mad and hatefull with me and brought up the car, which I tried to explain the work I had done for her already plus all the work I had to do on the car just to get it running and felt we were even but again not in her eyes. Because her response was I could have got my Mexican to do it cheaper. Which my response was you want good work and that's what I give. I told her that I wanted to finish the list which was not much and I had already done more than was on the list but said I would finish it. She was mad threw a fit and never called me. Dangerous I am not, honest, fair, hard working, I am and expect everyone to be the same. (removed member name) I am sorry it has came to this and sorry you feel this way. I would have finished the list with no charges as agreed but think of all the extra things you had me do printer, fan so on and so on. But the fence was not on the list and this what you blew up about. Again I am sorry and sorry you feel the way that you do about me. Those who cast stones should not live in glass houses!!
