I can't say enough about this guy, he was more thorough than I could have ever dreamed. He spent about 3hrs on the inspection alone, then provided a report with pictures that amounted to another 2+ hrs of work on his part. He literally looked in every nook & cranny on my house and gave me his initial opinion as he encouraged me to follow along and then advised he would go over everything again for his final report. He MORE than earns his pay!!
