The foundation walls were not straight. They were 4 inches off or so. They did not pay for the concrete from the subcontractor who tried to put a lien against our house. Once we paid them, they did not pay their bills which led to a possible lien on our house. They had 3 people working for them warming and flooring. We didn't realize they didn't pay the concrete bill until the past month when we got a certified letter in my house. They haven't been back since. They did eventually pay the bill after my husband contacted them several times. They're in regular clothes. It was a fair price. They did eventually take care of it.

For this job, you definately have to know what you are doing in this type of pouring situation.  Everything went great.  He did an exceptional job.  It was for a Parade of Homes Show.  He is the go to guy.
