The tech tried to be helpful by installing some PVC pipe to get things to drain better, but something went wrong with that repair, and we had a water leak. They came back and fixed the pipe in the attic, so that everything drains properly, however, I did have to file an insurance claim to get the water damage fixed. The drainpan has since become clogged again, however, I don't think that it's the company's fault.
