"I am sorry this client is upset and trying to purposely hurt our business. This client did not want to move period. It was because the husband is ill and couldn't do it all anymore. This was a hoarder home. She was unable to come do a walk thru after the sale because she was so emotional. So the husband came and did the walk thru. He was more than pleased with the outcome. We hauled 2 trailers of trash away and asked for. Dumpster. However she refused. So we bagged up trash and left it all in one area to just be loaded into a dumpster. We are an Estate Sale Company, not a cleaning company or a trash service. No one messed with any light fixture- it was a double wide trailer with generic light fixtures. When we started we found light fixtures in the laundry room and that is where they stayed. We cleaned for days prior to the sale. The amount of rat feces was quite a bit. There were 2 fire places, which one sold and the other didn't. No one was ever told it was not for sale. Nothing was removed by us that concreted in. I We were never told the fire pit was not for sale. The shooting targets or whatever were in the pasture and were not and could not be removed by us. I am just amazed how easily people try to ruin a local, small business person's reputation. We did everything plus so much more to help her out. My heart hurts for her because she did not want to move and her husband is ill. But we went above and beyond - now I know why neighbors and customers were amazed at how good the house looked at the sale and a few told us to be careful you can't please her."
