We had Service Plumbing out to clear out our clogged sewage lines. After 3 hours he tells us he cleared out the entire line and ran a camera to the end and that there was a blockage at the street, and he called the City out. Well the City guys get there and start running their equipment through our lines and tell us there's a clog right next to our house, and that they've had this company lie to them before about this same issue so we need to call a new plumber out. So the next day we get Hunters Super Techs out and sure enough we have a collapsed line right next to the house where the city told us it was. So I'm not really sure what Service Plumbing did for us besides not clear out our line and lie to us that they ran a camera through it but they still charged us $650 for it!!!! Just flush your money down the toilet instead of calling them, your money will go to a better place!

Absolutely would hire again . Transparent with what needed to be done and the costs associated with that work .

Jason and his sidekick (I say sidekick because I didn't get his name) were very timely and professional. Very personable young men. I was so impressed with their work and their manners. Will use Service Plumbing because of these two young men every time I need their services!

They do such a good job. They are a third generation family own and operated business in our area. All they do, there is not a whole of a lot of people with spotless reputations anymore in the industry. As far as everyone I have spoken with. We have a little rant and rave Facebook page in our area. It's really quite a testimony to the business. There is not one person in our area that has something ugly to say about them or their services. They are an expensive company, but everything you get there is well purchased.

Jason found from where the water was leaking in the wall and put in a new line that won't get pinched like the old one. Very prompt and quick service.

Satisfactorily repaired

We had a leak under the house that was caused by a gray water line blockage AND an old cast iron pipe that had rusted through. The guys explained everything thoroughly before starting the work and then explained everything they had done to fix the problem.

Our house has old iron pipes that can be difficult to run a camera down as they are very narrow. To find the leak, service plumbing needed to establish a new cleanout trap for the kitchen/laundry area of the house. Once the trap was in place they replaced some of our pipes and fixed the leak.
After Ram Jack it was recommended that we get hydrostatic test on both sewer lines and I am glad we did as they are leaking again. Probably not surprising since the pipes are old and bits of our house moved around quite. Service Plumbing will be back again to fix these problems.
Other work they have done for us over the years is to replace the "guts" of the toilet cistern so that they flushed better. They even came back when one of them leaked due to a bit of rust getting in under one of the seals - that was free since it was from an existing job.
Would I use Service Plumbing again - yes - and I would recommend them to my friends.

They were punctual and very professional removing the old dryer, cleaned where it had been, installed and checked everything on the dryer, including adjusting the level. I was very impressed with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Over all they spent the time finding and fixing the leaks under our slab. Only problem we have ever had is with leaving you hanging and they don't come. Our problems have not been emergencies but please let us know if your not going to make your appointment. We did have a hot water heater emergency and they came quickly and replaced unit.

They came on time, went straight to work, kept me informed at all times with what they were doing, were very professional.

I was concerned about my floor being torn up, but these guys were very neat about it and did not damage any of the floor where it was out in the open. They were gentlemen, (so rare in this day and time!) and very patient to explain to me exactly what was happening at each stage. It was not the kind of experience that I ever want to go through again, but if it is ever necessary in the future, I sure will call Service Plumbing Co. Jason was very upfront about the mounting costs as the procedure became more
involved , and I think that he even felt my pain. These two plumbers were very efficient, serious, and hardworking for two and a half days. I felt like I wanted to give them a hug when they left.

After a couple of disappointing experiences with other plumbers we contacted Service Plumbing Co. I called them Friday afternoon and they were at our home on Monday morning (this was not an emergency). We needed them to unclog the condensation pipe from the air conditioner, which they did in a short time. Afterwards we asked that they run a new pipe from the air conditioner through the outside wall of the garage and end it with a threaded pipe. (We attached a hose to the pipe and now can use the water coming from this pipe to drip on our trees and bushes on that side of the house.) It took the serviceman apr. 3 hours to complete all the work. We were charged 312.96 for parts and labor which is what they quoted us on Friday. We were very happy with the service from this company and would recommend them highly!
