Picked it up after about a month, 53 bucks to "fix", got it home and was doing the same thing. Took it back there 04/02/12 and the lady behind the counter ask my wife "did he put gas in it"? Called today and was told they work on the mowers first, should be first come, first serve. I believe they don't know what is wrong, so they were just putting me off. 53 bucks out the window, didn't even say sorry or offer a refund when my wife went to pick it up. My opinion........BIG RIP OFF
