Rescue Plumbing Services

The Good
To their credit, they were one of the only plumbing operations that could get to us quickly.  We had a broken hot water line under our house and so we had no hot water.  We also had a leak in our sink and needed a vanity hooked up.  The two smaller jobs went fine.  He was there for about three hours and repaired everything.  We had hot water that night.
The Bad
Our plumber was very unprofessional.  I think he believed our floor to be sound-proof, because surely he would not have been saying all the stuff he was saying if he knew we could hear him.  I took my little girl to the other end of the house because we could hear him cussing and cursing God while he was repairing our pipes.  I'm pretty sure he lit up a cigarette under our home because the entire house started to smell like cigarettes.  
He repaired the pipe, but he didn't really tell us what he was doing.  After he was done I learned that the pipe was mostly buried underground and had corroded to the point where it broke.  We really needed to replace the entire pipe.  About 2 weeks later we now have the same problem.  It would have been nice to have the $200 I spent on the fix going towards the $1000 to get new pipe. 
Overall, he helped us out, but I wouldn't use them again.  I want someone to be professional and upfront and I didn't feel that I received that kind of service.

It cost $180. They were quick, and I thought that was kind of cheap for a plumber. My boss had a leak in his bathroom and his plumbing bill was almost $600 so for $180, I am good. I was remodeling my kitchen and when you have a leak like that, that's the last thing you want to find.

He has refused to come back. According to the paperwork, he guarantees his work. If he does indeed guarantee his work, why hasn't he come out to fix my pipe?

They just did a really good job. They were quick to get over here and took care of the problem.
