They took the vehicle into the shop and started working on it. They will bring out the air filter in your vehicle and recommend whatever they feel is necessary, whether that be a simple air to blow out the gunk or a full replacement to help keep your car healthy. If they run into any issues (such as they couldn't put my oil cap back on because of the teeth didn't catch or what have you) they will bring you to the back and show you what that issue was and recommend what could be done to fix it or where to go to get it fixed.
