When no one arrived at the scheduled time (8am-10am timeframe), I called their office and found that the technician who was to check my unit had been called out on an emergency and wouldn't be at my house until noon or later. I expressed my frustration that no one ever notified me because I had stayed at home for two hours waiting for this appointment. They apologized and although I've not had problems with previous check-ups on my unit, I canceled my appointment and contract.

great job! came when they said and was very professional. FYI.... my electric was cut in half!! we paid a bit more but got the most energy efficient one and its all ready paying for it self! thank you Hunter Heat and AIR

They stole some stuff from me. We went with a totally new unit and the old unit we were going to donate and they knew were going to donate it and they went ahead and took it and never brought if back after many calls and request for them to. We were going to donate it to somebody that needed it.

They have always been great to us. It was something they have taken care of that someone else had messed up commercially. So it was kind of a awkward situation. They were absolutely fabulous and very prompt. Came out of area and they came immediately upon my request. They are just a really good company.

He did an excellent job. We called and he was here within 30 minutes. He took care of things right then. The price was more than fair. It was just a good experience for us.
