They are very unpleasant people Teresa whom I dealt with had no problem blaming her mistakes on the customer. What I mean by that is I was asked to pick up some shirts that Hoghead had to reprint for my sister because they burnt the first set and told my sister it was nothing and the stains would wash out, when I went into pick up part of my order Teresa started running down my sisters shirts that she had used to me. To me that's very unprofessional that was something for her and my sister not me. With my own order of shirts my design was sent to the artist twice if they couldn't fix it why send it to them again so I could pay for it twice. Some of my shirts looked cheap and weren't to my satisfaction the others were okay. My biggest problem with them was the unprofessional attitudes that were shown, and the lack of ability to get things done in a timely manner.
