Its been a month later and I still have not gotten My extended warranty although Ive been promised several times It was on its way. I never recieved the FOB and second Key for my car. They forgot to take my $2500. down payment and sent the salesman to My home to pick that up and he promised again to get me the FOB and Fix the dent they made plus fix a light for the tag that had also been knocked off and to fix the windshield washer that doesnt work. Now they say its not their responsibility. I really thought that since I was honest to give them the money they forgot to take on the downpayment that they would be honest with me about fixing what they did to my car but it looks like they do not plan to be. The Genisis warranty company told me that they didnt recieve anything about me buying a warranty? I was promised again last week that I would have it by this week and since its friday and still no warranty Im wondering whats going on.
